This Migi-Miso is our recomended miso.
Mugi Miso usually eat Kyushu area in Japan.
Made from barley and soybeans, usually has a longer fermentation process than most white miso.
It has a strong barley aroma, but is still milder and slightly sweet in flavor.
You can enjoy miso soup, or miso spread/dip or miso dressing etc.
